this was almost a delightful stay, but alas! The ground floor was a cacophony of careless night owls, and the mattress was softer than a marshmallow—how was I supposed to sleep? Not to mention, I received no complimentary snacks or upgrades, despite my obvious need for better treatment. Truly regrettable!

The check-in process was unnecessarily complex!!! The air conditioning is difficult to control, resulting in an uncomfortable environment. Furthermore, there’s a lack of clear instruction regarding kitchen essentials, which can be frustrating!!! It would also help to address the parking confusion.

I stayed in a Superior-Studio Apartment with Balcony for 7 nights. It was fairly close to the train station, which made day trips easy. The prompt maintenance for my A/C issue was impressive, even if the technician spoke Romanian. The digital keyless entry made everything super convenient. Overall, a good experience! 😊

The check-in process was frustratingly delayed until 4 PM with no seating for waiting guests. The bed was disappointingly uncomfortable. the mattress constantly slid off the base, ruining my sleep. Additionally, the surrounding area felt bleak, lacking character, and offered little in terms of nearby cafes or restaurants.
